After booking your appointment you will receive a follow up email confirmation from our office which will include all of the details you need for your first visit. (please allow up to a few hours)
During the Initial Consultation and Assessment, you can expect to be with us for about 60 minutes. During this time we will conduct a full health and lifestyle history, a full assessment and then share our findings with exactly how we can support you and the results you can expect.
